Do you have a store I can visit to view and/or purchase your items?
We are an online shop only, however we do offer free pickup of your order from our home office in Byford, Western Australia.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We generally ship orders within one (1) business day after we receive full payment. Orders are sent from Western Australia so delivery times vary from 1-10 business days, depending on your location and shipping method selected. Most orders are shipped via Australia Post and include a tracking number, which will be forwarded to you once your order has been sent. You can then register with Australia Post to receive tracking updates via email.

What payment methods are available?
Online payments are processed securely via PayPal. You will be directed to their secure payment system to login (if you have an account) and pay via one of their options:
– Credit/Debit Card
– Direct debit from a savings account
– Your PayPal balance
– Pay in 4, their interest free option (minimum $30 purchase)

* No PayPal account? No problem! Simply enter your card details at the Paypal checkout to make your payment.

We also accept Direct Deposit. Our bank account details are available at checkout.

Do you wholesale your fairy garden miniatures?
We offer wholesale discounts on some of our products. Please contact us for more information or apply for an account via the link at the bottom of the page.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, to any country within the Australia Post Network. Enter your postcode at checkout to view the shipping cost. Any applicable customs and/or quarantine charges are the responsibility of the customer.
