The spookiest time of year is here. Halloween!
Last year I created a halloween garden by my front door (view it here) to spook and delight the little trick-or-treaters who came knocking. It was well received, so I’m doing it again. This year, when putting together my halloween garden I took inspiration from how people decorate their own homes for halloween. We opted for spooky over creepy – because I have young kids and I don’t fancy them waking at night with nightmares!
You can find all items used in this garden (excluding plant and plant matter) in our shop.
This year we introduced a small selection of quirky halloween accessories, though many can be left in the garden throughout the year. My personal favourites are the white pumpkin house and our friendly little scarecrow.
From left: Jack-o-Lantern, Pumpkin Carrage, Fairy Baby in Pumpkin, Scarecrow, White Pumpkin House, Sunflower Pick (coming soon), Gourd House w/Light.
If you’ve left it too late to purchase our spooktacular halloween items, fear not – last year’s halloween garden included some quick crafts, using items you most likely have at home, to get your garden trick-or-treat ready in no time.
Do you decorate for Halloween?
